Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page describes your right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
Our position
Supabrief does not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We do disclose personal information to subprocessors strictly to operate the Service — for example, hosting your data with Supabase, processing payments via Razorpay, and sending your Input to Google Gemini or OpenAI to generate briefs. These disclosures are not “sales” or “sharing” as defined under California law, because we receive no monetary or other valuable consideration in exchange and the recipients process the data only on our instructions.
Our full list of subprocessors is at /legal/subprocessors.
If our position changes
If we ever begin to sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, we will:
- Update our Privacy Policy at least 30 days in advance;
- Add an active opt-out form to this page;
- Honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out.
Submit a request
To exercise any California consumer right (right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to opt-out), email our Grievance Officer at support@supabrief.com with the subject “CCPA Request” and include:
- Your name and the email address associated with your account;
- The right you wish to exercise;
- If submitting via an authorised agent, signed authorisation.
We will verify your identity (typically by emailing the address on file) and respond within 45 days as required by CCPA. We do not discriminate against users who exercise these rights.
